Affordable Housing

Affordable housing is a great need in Larimer county. Housing is not always an easy subject to navigate through. DRS can assist with housing problems such as issues with landlords due to disabilities, getting connected and added on to housing wait lists, referrals for legal issues, housing search and referrals, assistance with moving, and much more. In addition, DRS is a partner of the Colorado Continuum of Care, CAHPS program, and can VI-SPDAT homeless individuals as well as add information into the HMIS system for Colorado. DRS has their own housing wait list and vouchers for individuals and families with disabilities.
